New to artisan keycaps and how raffles are conducted? Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQ) that might help you get started:

No colorway re-runs—act fast to secure your artisan keycap
Every entry guaranteed! Keycaps are crafted post-form closure, aiming for completion by an estimated fulfillment date. Colorway re-runs are possible.
Colorway commissions on existing sculpts are welcome. Please contact me!
FAQ - Shipping
As of 2023, shipping costs have been adjusted. Please review the updated rates below:
Via Qxpress (Singpost EPAC): Fully Tracked Service
➤ Singapore – $5 USD
➤ Rest of the world – $17 USD
Please note: Tracking available until the item reaches the local destination.
Via Singpost (Registered Package): Limited Tracking
➤ Asia excluding Japan – $10 USD
➤ Rest of the world Inc. Japan – $15 USD
Please note: Limited tracking available once the item reaches the local destination. Artzeikaps will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Paypal will be updated with Qxpress (QSP)// Singpost (LT or LP) tracking no.

Alternatively, you could use online parcel tracking systems to track the movement of the parcels.

In accordance with Singpost rules, we will only be able to raise an inquiry after 30 days and the full process may take 3 – 6 months to process.
If your package has arrived in your home country, please kindly contact your local PO or Customs office to check.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
► Entering form does not guarantee a win.
► Please check your Paypal registered email for your invoice (It might fall into Inbox or Junk email)
► If payment is not completed in 24 hours, your invoice will be automatically voided and the chance is given to remaining buyers.
► Frequent defaulting payment upon winning will result in a ban from future raffles.
► Keycaps are individually handcrafted and may have slight aesthetic variance between caps. This does not affect the quality of the keycaps produced.
► Color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
► All sales are final, no refunds allowed
► All entries are guaranteed.
► Estimated completion of fulfilment orders: 4 – 5 Weeks from launch date or earlier.
► Please check your Paypal registered email for your invoice (It might fall into Inbox or Junk email)

► Estimated delivery time for international delivery is 21 – 30 days. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments in and out of Singapore. Custom/Duties charges imposed by country’s government regulations is to be borne by the buyer.
► Please allow 5 – 7 working days to prepare for shipment. Tracking will be updated once package is dropped off.
► Please double check your addresses on Paypal – Artzeikaps is not liable for any shipping returns due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
